How To Use Immunity Boost

With the cooler seasons around the corner and the kids in school, our Immunity Boost is your best defense against germs. Immunity Boost contains Lavender, Tea Tree, and Eucalyptus Radiata. All of which are excellent at killing bacteria and disinfecting, plus they’re safe to use on children. Avoid contact with mucous membranes when using this blend and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

There are so many ways to take advantage of the awesome powers of Immunity Boost.
Here are some of our favorites:

Neat On The Skin
Immunity Boost is formulated to be safe to apply directly to your skin. As we mentioned in our Essential Oils for Travel blog, in a pinch you can apply Immunity Boost neat on your hands when you’re on the go, camping, or traveling. Putting a few drops on the bottoms of your feet will give you that extra bug fighting boost!

Inhale it straight out of the bottle on the go! Or Inhale with Mental Clarity to nourish immune system and open the lungs. Just put a few drops of each on your palms, rub them together to warm your hands a bit, then cup your hands over your nose and mouth (close those peepers!) and take 5 or 6 big deep breaths.

Diffuse 10-15 drops in your home, workspace, or classroom to promote healthy immune systems and reduce the harmful bacteria in the air.

In Lotion
Add 30 drops each of the Immunity Boost and Good Samaritan Wellness Blends to 4 oz. of unscented lotion. Shake until mixed well, and now you have sanitizing lotion that smells divine!

Dry Brush
Add to your dry brushing routine to stimulate the immune system and healthy circulation, slough off dead skin cells & stimulate lymphatic drainage. Add 8-15 drops to a dry brush and massage in a circular motion toward the heart before showering.

Repel Bugs
Immunity boost is a natural bug repellent. Using it in a lotion or on the skin has the added bonus of naturally repelling insects.
