Incorporating Essential Oils Into Your Yoga Practice
Mental Clarity is an ideal blend to prime your meditation practice, or to use prior to Savasana.
This blend features Basil, Lemon, Peppermint, Rosemary cineol, Grapefruit, and Lavender Essential Oils. These oils combined help to bring clarity and focus, cleanse and purify, and gently stimulate and soothe. Mental Clarity promotes relaxation without the drowsiness.
Rub 3-6 drops in palms of hands. Cup hands near nose, close eyes, and slowly inhale 5 deep long breaths.
Inhaling essential oils in this way encourages full, deep breathing, and is a wonderful way to bring awareness to and slow the breath.
